Before you ask

When do I pay?

After you accept the quote. You review the total in pesos in your request, pay through PayMongo, and then we buy the item in Korea.

Can I pay with GCash?

Yes, through QR Ph, which GCash, Maya and bank apps can scan. Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay and online banking work too.

What if the item is sold out in Korea?

We tell you in the quote, before you pay. If it sells out after you pay and we cannot buy it, you get a full refund.

How long does delivery take?

Your quote shows the shipping service and estimated transit time for your destination. Transit starts after dispatch in Korea; finding, buying and preparing the item come first.

Will I pay customs?

Orders up to ₱10,000 normally clear Philippine customs without duty. Above that, the Bureau of Customs may charge duty on delivery. Kuya-K charges nothing after you pay.

Are the products genuine?

We buy each item new after you order, and only from official sources in Korea: the brand's own store or an official retailer such as Olive Young. It ships in its sealed retail packaging. If an item turns out not to be genuine, report it within 7 days of delivery under our Authenticity policy.

Is there a service fee?

No separate fee. Our buying service is included in the item price in your quote, and the quote total is what you pay.

Can I order several items at once?

Yes. Paste up to 5 links in one request. They ship together in one parcel, so you pay shipping once, by total weight.
